🔹 1. टैलेंट्स के लिए (मॉडल्स | एक्टर्स | सिंगर्स | फोटोग्राफर्स)
✅ पंजीकरण एवं प्रोफ़ाइल नियम
सभी टैलेंट्स को वैध पहचान दस्तावेज़ों (आधार कार्ड, पासपोर्ट आदि) के साथ पंजीकरण करना अनिवार्य है।
प्रोफ़ाइल में दी गई जानकारी जैसे कि उम्र, अनुभव, स्किल्स, लोकेशन, आदि सटीक और अद्यतन होनी चाहिए।
फर्जी जानकारी देने पर प्रोफ़ाइल स्थायी रूप से निलंबित की जा सकती है।
📸 कंटेंट एवं पोर्टफोलियो
अपलोड की गई तस्वीरें/वीडियोज़ साफ़, पेशेवर और गरिमामय होनी चाहिए।
अश्लील, भड़काऊ या कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन करने वाली कोई भी सामग्री निषिद्ध है।
फोटोग्राफर्स के लिए, अपलोड किए गए चित्रों के अधिकार उनके पास होने चाहिए।
🧾 आचरण नियम
सभी टैलेंट्स को प्लेटफॉर्म पर प्रोफेशनल भाषा और व्यवहार बनाए रखना अनिवार्य है।
आपत्तिजनक भाषा, अनुचित व्यवहार, या दूसरों को नुकसान पहुंचाने वाले किसी भी कृत्य पर कठोर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
🛡️ सुरक्षा एवं गोपनीयता
आपकी निजी जानकारी (मोबाइल नंबर, पता, ईमेल) किसी भी थर्ड पार्टी से आपकी सहमति के बिना साझा नहीं की जाएगी।
किसी भी व्यक्तिगत मीटिंग, शूट, या ऑडिशन के पहले सावधानी बरतना आपकी व्यक्तिगत ज़िम्मेदारी होगी।
💼 काम और ऑफर
प्लेटफॉर्म केवल कनेक्शन और नेटवर्किंग का माध्यम है; असली प्रोजेक्ट की शर्तें टैलेंट और एजेंसी के बीच तय होंगी।
यदि कोई एजेंसी पैसे लेकर फर्जी ऑफर दे रही हो, तो तुरंत रिपोर्ट करें।
🔹 2. एजेंसियों / कास्टिंग डायरेक्टर्स / प्रायोजकों के लिए
✅ पंजीकरण और वैधता
सभी एजेंसीज़ / डायरेक्टर्स को वैध कंपनी दस्तावेज़, पहचान पत्र, और कार्य अनुभव की जानकारी जमा करनी अनिवार्य है।
फर्जी नाम, फर्जी प्रोजेक्ट या बोगस ऑफर डालने वालों पर कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
📋 कास्टिंग और प्रोजेक्ट पोस्टिंग
प्रत्येक कास्टिंग कॉल / ऑफर को स्पष्ट रूप से निम्नलिखित जानकारी के साथ पोस्ट करना आवश्यक है:
प्रोजेक्ट का नाम और प्रकार (फिल्म, ऐड, म्यूज़िक वीडियो, आदि)
रोल का विवरण
डेट्स और लोकेशन
भुगतान (Paid/Unpaid)
संपर्क जानकारी
🧑⚖️ नैतिक आचरण
सभी टैलेंट्स के साथ व्यवहार गरिमामय और सुरक्षित होना चाहिए।
किसी भी प्रकार की अशोभनीय, अनैतिक या कास्टिंग काउच जैसी गतिविधियों की कड़ी मनाही है।
ऐसे मामलों में एजेंसी को तुरंत प्रतिबंधित कर दिया जाएगा।
⚖️ विवाद समाधान
कोई भी विवाद टैलेंट और एजेंसी के बीच होता है तो Talents Directory उस स्थिति में मध्यस्थ के रूप में मार्गदर्शन प्रदान कर सकता है, लेकिन कानूनी ज़िम्मेदारी दोनों पक्षों की होगी।
🟢 सामान्य नियम (सभी के लिए)
प्लेटफॉर्म का उद्देश्य एक सुरक्षित, पेशेवर और भरोसेमंद नेटवर्क प्रदान करना है।
नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर बिना पूर्व सूचना प्रोफ़ाइल हटाई जा सकती है।
Talents Directory किसी भी अवैध या अमर्यादित गतिविधि का समर्थन नहीं करता।

यह “Terms and Conditions” दस्तावेज़ Talents Directory और इसके सभी उपयोगकर्ताओं (टैलेंट्स, एजेंसियों, कास्टिंग डायरेक्टर्स, ब्रांड्स, फोटोग्राफर्स, आदि) के बीच उपयोग और आचरण को निर्धारित करता है। इस प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग करने का मतलब है कि आप इन शर्तों से पूर्ण रूप से सहमत हैं।
2. 🧾 रजिस्ट्रेशन और प्रोफ़ाइल नियम:
सभी उपयोगकर्ताओं को सटीक और सत्य जानकारी के साथ रजिस्टर करना अनिवार्य है।
किसी और की जानकारी या पहचान का दुरुपयोग गैर-कानूनी माना जाएगा।
प्रोफ़ाइल में दी गई जानकारी अद्यतन (updated) और वैध होनी चाहिए।
3. 📸 कंटेंट और पोर्टफोलियो:
अपलोड किया गया कंटेंट (फोटो, वीडियो, ऑडियो आदि) अश्लील, अपमानजनक या कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन वाला नहीं होना चाहिए।
सभी फोटोग्राफर्स और क्रिएटर्स को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उनके पास उनके द्वारा शेयर किए गए कंटेंट के अधिकार हों।
4. 🛡️ गोपनीयता (Privacy):
आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी को गोपनीय रखा जाएगा और आपकी अनुमति के बिना किसी तीसरे पक्ष को साझा नहीं किया जाएगा।
Talents Directory किसी भी अनधिकृत एक्सेस या डेटा लीक के लिए अधिकतम सुरक्षा उपाय अपनाता है, लेकिन इंटरनेट-आधारित सेवाओं में 100% सुरक्षा की गारंटी नहीं दी जा सकती।
5. 🧑⚖️ व्यवहार और नैतिकता:
प्लेटफॉर्म पर सभी उपयोगकर्ताओं को एक-दूसरे के साथ पेशेवर, विनम्र और सम्मानजनक व्यवहार करना अनिवार्य है।
धमकी, उत्पीड़न, यौन प्रस्ताव या अनुचित व्यवहार पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Talents Directory केवल नेटवर्किंग प्लेटफॉर्म है, किसी भी प्रोजेक्ट, भुगतान, या अनुबंध की ज़िम्मेदारी संबंधित टैलेंट और एजेंसी की होगी।
Talents Directory किसी भी प्रकार के वित्तीय विवाद या धोखाधड़ी के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
7. ❌ प्रतिबंधित गतिविधियाँ (Prohibited Activities):
फर्जी प्रोजेक्ट पोस्ट करना
पैसे लेकर फर्जी कास्टिंग कॉल देना
किसी की अनुमति के बिना उनका डेटा उपयोग करना
वेबसाइट या ऐप का अनधिकृत प्रचार/स्पैमिंग करना
8. 🔐 अकाउंट निष्कासन (Account Suspension):
Talents Directory को यह अधिकार है कि वह किसी भी समय किसी भी उपयोगकर्ता का अकाउंट अस्थायी या स्थायी रूप से ब्लॉक कर सकता है यदि:
नियमों का उल्लंघन हो,
कोई आपत्तिजनक गतिविधि की जाए,
या अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं की सुरक्षा को खतरा हो।
9. ⚖️ कानूनी अधिकार (Legal Jurisdiction):
इस प्लेटफॉर्म से संबंधित कोई भी विवाद भारत के न्यायालयों के अधीन होगा।

Termination Clause:
किसी भी पक्ष द्वारा नियमों के उल्लंघन पर Talents Directory को यह अधिकार होगा कि वह प्रोफ़ाइल बिना सूचना के हटाए।
Legal Standing:
यह समझौता भारतीय कानून के अधीन रहेगा, और किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में [आपका शहर] के न्यायालय का क्षेत्राधिकार मान्य होगा।

📄 Important Information
✅ 1. Modelling Contract/Agreement (Most Important)
This is a formal legal document that defines the rights and responsibilities of the model and the agency. It includes:
The duration of the model’s representation (how many months/years)
The commission percentage the agency will take (usually 10-20%)
What the agency’s work will be (auditions, photoshoots, PR etc.)
How the model will accept work (only directly through the agency)
Terms of termination (how the contract will end)
